Our Legacy in Nicaragua (2001–2023)
From 2001 to 2023, Hope Clinic International supported pediatric healthcare in Estelí, Nicaragua, reaching 8,000+ children a year at its peak. In 2023, due to political and economic conditions in the country, HCI made the difficult decision to end its financial support. Tim's Clinic, which we helped build, now operates independently — a lasting legacy of the trust and care our teams built there over two decades.
Today, HCI's active medical missions are focused in Colombia, where we serve the Wayuu people and are expanding by training local doctors.
