The Volunteer Application

The last page of the Volunteer Information file, is the Volunteer application. This tells us who you are and what particular skills you have, such as a medical background or fluency in Spanish. We also ask for a brief statement of why you would like to participate in a Mission Trip.

This form is your registration for a Mission Trip and requests personal details such as your medical history and a contact person.
