Our Impact
In 2009 alone, 38 children received life-saving surgery. Tim’s Clinic provided more than 3,000 free physician visits and distributed $200,000 in free medicine. Volunteer medical professionals donated 1,280 hours worth $90,000 in free medical care.

Since 2002 Hope Clinic International has:
- Improved the health of women and children in Esteli, Nicaragua by establishing and supporting a free medical clinic with a full-time physician.
- Donated surgical equipment and supplies worth more than $2 million to three hospitals in Nicaragua.
- Educated local surgeons in Nicaragua in the use of modern equipment and techniques that improve the surgical care of children by reducing complications and time in the hospital.
- Helped three young women, ages 17, 18, and 28, to receive free care from the University of Michigan Hospital for life threatening conditions.
